Layne Croxford is a Nurse Anesthetist who is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah and was trained as a graduate student in anesthesia at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Truman Medical Center/Children’s Mercy Hospital.

Nancy Knape is a Nurse Anesthetist who is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. She completed her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University and her post-graduate degree in anesthesia at the University of Kansas.

Dr Johnson is a Board-Certified anesthesiologist who is originally from Midvale, Utah. He attended Utah State University as an undergraduate. Subsequently he attended the Baylor College School of Medicine and completed an anesthesia residency at the University of
Michigan.

Dr Turley is a Board-Certified anesthesiologist who is originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho. He attended Brigham Young University as an undergraduate and subsequently attended the
Medical College of Ohio. He completed an anesthesia residency at the University of Toledo.

Dr Burdett is a Board-Certified anesthesiologist who is originally from Ogden, Utah. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Utah and subsequently attended the University of Utah School of Medicine. He completed an anesthesia residency at the
University of Florida.

Dr Torman is a Nurse Anesthetist who is originally from South Ogden, Utah.  He completed undergraduate work at Weber State University and his graduate anesthesia training at the University of South Carolina.  His Doctor of Nursing Practice degree is from the University of Northern Colorado.

Dr Wright is a Board-Certified anesthesiologist who is originally from Taylorsville, Utah. He completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University and then attended the St Louis University School of Medicine. He completed an anesthesia residency at the University of Virginia.

Greg Thomas is a Nurse Anesthetist who is originally from Brigham City, Utah. He completed his undergraduate education at Weber State University. His graduate degree in anesthesia was obtained at the University of New England.

Rich Boyce is a Nurse Anesthetist who is originally from Ogden, Utah.  He completed undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Science at Weber State University and the University of Phoenix respectively.  His graduate work in anesthesia was completed at St Mary’s University.
